As the natioanl governing body fullbore target shooting, to promote and support the pursuit of excellence in civilian marksmanship as a position and significant contribution to Malaysia, to the sport of shooting and the safe handling of firearms. OBJECTIVE 
To join and participate in the specific body at the level of State and even national representation To promote and development the interest of the sport at grassroots through the establishment, acceptance and affiliated member level.
